Paradise Valley tops the list with $339.01 per sq. ft. as the most expensive city in the Phoenix area.
This is a decrease of 4.6% from $355.23 in August 2015. The northern area of the Phoenix metro area seem have the most expensive homes when it comes to the price per sq. ft.
These averages are based on only single family residential homes
Following closely is Carefree, Scottsdale and Fountain Hills.
Phoenix made the top 10 at $145.25 per sq. ft.

Chandler was number 11, Gilbert was number 15 and Mesa was number 18.
